By creating an account or using Tracking Reads, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Tracking Reads is a personal reading tracker. It is provided as-is, during a beta period, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for a single person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
The notes, ratings, and other content you enter remain yours. You grant us no rights to that content beyond what is necessary to operate the service — that is, to store it and display it back to you.
You may use Tracking Reads for personal, non-commercial reading tracking. You may not attempt to circumvent security, scrape the service, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the service itself.
Tracking Reads carries no advertising and will never carry advertising. We will never sell, license, or otherwise transfer your personal information or usage data to any third party for any commercial purpose.
Tracking Reads is offered in good faith but without guarantees of uptime or data retention. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service. We strongly encourage you to export your data periodically.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do so, we will notify all registered users via email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
